ANA Care Promise ~ A New Standard for Air Travel

As new lifestyle standards are affecting various daily life, ANA is committed to ensuring the comfort and safety of all its valued passengers and our employees by providing customers with clean and hygienic environments in airports, lounges and onboard aircrafts.

To reassure a comfortable and safe environment for our passengers on board, we manually and thoroughly disinfect areas where passengers frequently touch in the cabin, such as tables, armrests, seat TVs, controllers and lavatory doorknobs.

Disinfecting for international flights will take place after every flight. For Japan domestic flights, the cabin will be disinfected every night, and lavatories will be manually sanitized after each flight. All aircrafts operated by ANA are ventilated with clean air.

  • Clean air through adequate ventilation
    The aircraft absorbs a large amount of clean air from the sky, which allows for the cabin's entire air to be replaced in approximately three minutes.
  • All ANA Group Aircraft are equipped with high-performance filters
    The cabin air is filtered and circulated through high-performance filters which are also used in hospital operating rooms, ensuring high-quality clean air.
  • Constant air circulation
    The cabin air is constantly flowing, from the ceiling to the floor. The air in the cabin does not stay stagnant. The above air circulation systems are being operated when on the ground as well. Our promise to our customers is to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience with an emphasis on safety and peace of mind, synonymous with flying ANA to Tokyo and beyond! A new standard for air travel starts with ANA.
